Payment is accepted through PayPal (don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay via your credit card).
If you are in Australia, I can also accept payment through direct debit. If you would like to do this, please email me for my bank details (firstname.lastname@example.org)
If I don’t receive payment and don’t hear from you within four days, I will cancel the sale.
I ship via regular Australia Post. I will post the parcel to you within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Post can take 2-5 days to arrive in Australia, depending on the destination. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, again depending on the destination.
If you would like to upgrade to Express or Registered Post, there is an additional charge. Please contact me for details (email@example.com)
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me, but please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been 30 days from the date of shipping.

OK, the fine print! I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please start a conversation with me so we can work out what to do about it.

Additional Policies and FAQs
I make your work to order, which is why it takes me a couple of days to get the work in the post. This means that what I send you might be slightly different from what you see in the photo. Remember though, you are buying a handmade item that has been made especially for you.
I am happy to take custom orders. In particular I would love to make beads and jewellery from any special occasion bottles that you may have e.g. wine bottle from your wedding. Or, if you see some jewellery in the shop that you like, but you would prefer a different colour…email me firstname.lastname@example.org
