Last night was the opening of my 17th SALA Festival exhibition (!!) — this time at the Bridgewater Arts Centre, in a beautiful group show called On Balance.
I was thrilled to see my Flower Garden trios nestled among so much gorgeous local art. I did get asked a few times, “Why three earrings?” and my answer? “Because it’s more fun and interesting than two.”
Honestly, the world needs more of that — more fun, more beauty, more conversations sparked by art.
August is full of exhibitions across SA and I’m hoping to visit a few more this month. I hope you get a chance to get out and celebrate too.
