Day 28. Another variation on the pearls I used yesterday, this time with some Skyy Vodka beads sprinkled in between.

Day 28. Another variation on the pearls I used yesterday, this time with some Skyy Vodka beads sprinkled in between.

Day 27. More new pearls! I had a lot of fun looking at pearls last week and dreaming about what I might make with them. I am also looking forward to adding them to some necklaces, but for now I am enjoying making earrings with them. I love this combo with the Moet champagne bottle earrings, classic and classy!

Day 26. I made the small dichroic glass beads many years ago, and didn’t end up using them for much, so they have been sitting in a takeaway container, waiting for the perfect project. I think They found their calling today! Loving the new pearls, and can’t wait to explore even more ways of using them to complement my handmade glass beads.

Day 25. New pearls! These earrings look amazing on, all of the pearls turn around and do their own thing with how they sit, so it’s really quite spectacular! I have put the Hendricks Gin Limited Release purple beads with them, and I think they become a classic wear all the time pair of earrings!

Day 24. These enamel copper tubes were leftover from a project last year, but they looked so pretty with the recycled glass beads made from a Banrock Station wine bottle, and now I want to make more in different colours! I love the simplicity, colour and the style of these long earrings.

Day 23. Today’s earrings feature beads made from the Hendricks Gin Limited Release purple bottle, and a Banrock Station wine bottle embellished with purple frit. Love the contrast with the matt and shiny finishes, and the little silver sparkle in between is also a new addition to my earrings!

Day 22. Sorry, didn’t have access to the internet yesterday, but I did make these earrings. The beads are made from Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray gin bottles.

Day 21. I am delivering some new necklaces to @urbancowstudio today! See photo #2 for a sneak peak at one of them. I thought these earrings would work really well with that necklace! These beads were made from a Banrock Station wine bottle.

Day 20. Gin and tonic earrings! This time I have used Tanqueray and the Hendricks Limited Release bottles to make these super cute green and purple earrings!

Day 19. It’s funny how many “rules” you can make for your own artwork, without really knowing why you have made things a rule. One of my rules has been keeping my recycled glass beads separate from my Italian glass beads when I make jewellery. I have no real idea why I have done this because when I mix the two, I can make pretty earrings like these with gorgeous red Italian glass beads and beads made from a wine bottle! Hmm, maybe some more of my creative “rules” will be broken during this daily challenge!
