Day 118. Up early to finish this pair of earrings. I always find it interesting to build on ideas, so today I have added a small bead to the earrings, and I like what that little pop of colour adds to the mismatched pair.

Day 117. I made a big batch of beads yesterday and I will be making earrings with them over the next few days, along with a couple of little surprises on the way! I love the colours in these earrings, and the simplicity of them makes them easy to wear with all sorts of clothes.

Day 116. I have made this type of red bead for many years now, but I have not made a pair of earrings like this before. I have been to many Anzac Day Dawn Services before, but standing outside my home this morning and listening to the ABC broadcast of the service was actually really special and moving. I don’t think we will ever forget what past generations have done for our country by fighting in wars. And I have a feeling we will not forget what is happening in 2020 either.

Day 115. Love this mix of colours. And the extra length and swing from the other day makes them fun earrings to wear.

Day 114. Gin and Tonic jewellery is now available on my website! I made 8 pairs of earrings, 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets featuring glass beads made from various Gin and Fever-Tree tonic bottles! I am doing free Express Post to Australian destinations at the moment. Apologies that international shipping is temporarily unavailable. Click here to go to the online shop.

Day 113. I thought you might enjoy watching me make a pair of earrings today! I started with one idea, didn’t love it, found some odd beads and thought, today is their day! Head to my instagram page to see a time lapse video.

Day 112. Keeping the beads simple. Just playing around with colours today. I love how beautifully these three different colours work together.

Day 111. Aw, I love it when there are leftover beads, and they are not the same, and I get to make some more mismatched earrings.

Day 110. I love how ideas flow. From yesterday’s earrings to today’s pair. I wonder what will brew overnight for tomorrow’s pair? I have some more red spotty beads that I can use…or will it be something entirely different? We will all find out tomorrow 🙂

Day 109. Dots forever! I love that I can make my favourite pattern – dots – with glass. And I love putting dots onto clear glass, it makes them even more interesting.
