This month I wanted to make some necklaces to enter the Murray Bridge Show, but I was a little bit time poor, so I decided to use beads that I had already made. The end result was three really pretty necklaces, that won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the Jewellery category! The other result was that I got to look through all of my old beads, and get inspired by some of them. I have made this Kandinsky style of bead for many years, and I have made all sorts of necklaces, earrings and bracelets using them. You might still have something in your own jewellery box, I certainly do! I love the style, and I was excited to try some new bracelets using some new colours.
I have never really loved the colour yellow, but this mustard colour is a whole new thing for me. Last month I bought my first mustard cardigan, and it has quickly become my go-to cardigan to wear with jeans and a simple t-shirt. I love the colours in this bracelet, and the mix of opaque and transparent beads makes it really interesting.
The bracelets will retail for $65 in galleries, and for this month they are discounted by a little bit more than 20%, rounding them down to just $50.
Please let me know what size you would like the bracelet, as I am able to easily add and take beads from these bracelets to make them work for you.
