Keeping it simple…

Recycled glass earrings | beads made from a Skyy Vodka bottle

Today I thought I would keep it simple with some lovely blue earrings, featuring etched Skyy Vodka bottle beads along with some shiny Bombay Sapphire Gin and Banrock Station wine bottle beads.

Peroni, Coopers and French Champagne

Recycled glass earrings | beads made from beer and champagne bottles

I often find myself putting green and blue together, and I love how fresh that looks. But lately, I have been finding myself putting a lot of green and brown together. And I love how elegant that looks.  A really classic combination of colours.

Banrock Station Leaf Earrings

Recycled glass earrings | glass beads made from a Banrock Station wine bottle

I didn’t quite get these earrings perfect, but for a first attempt, they look pretty nice. I like the shape of the wire, and the leaf beads are always sweet.

Pretty in pink tonic water bottle earrings

Recycled glass earrings | beads made from a tonic water bottle and a pink Harlequin glass

This pair of earrings is so pretty in pink! I made the main bead from a Fever-Tree tonic water bottle. The small pink bead was made from a pink Harlequin glass from a broken set. So pretty together.

I’ve been having a lot of fun making earrings this week. I like how this combination of beads looks together too. The beads were made from a Hendricks Gin and Skyy Vodka bottle.

Gold and Green earrings

Recycled glass earrings | gold leaf beer bottle beads

I made a few Coopers Ale beads with gold leaf recently, and then thought I might add some “Peroni” green to them to match some of the recent necklaces that I have made. I really like how these earrings look.
